FORGE was born out of a simple idea — Jamaicans deserve a meal replacement that's made with real ingredients, by real people, right here at home.
Meet the Founder, Rohan
FORGE started with one person's refusal to settle. Our founder — a passionate Jamaican entrepreneur — looked at the local market and saw shelf after shelf of imported, artificially flavoured meal replacement shakes. Powder mixes packed with additives and shipped from thousands of miles away. None of them reflected what Jamaica is — a land of vibrant, real, tropical fruit.
They believed Jamaica could make something better. Something that used real banana, real strawberry, real blueberry, and real peanut. Something produced right here in Kingston, supporting local jobs and local agriculture. So they started blending — literally — in a kitchen, perfecting recipes one bottle at a time.
That obsession with quality and authenticity is what drives every decision at Juice Nation JA today.

The Idea
Research begins into Jamaica's meal replacement market. Identified gap: no locally-made, fruit-based options available to consumers.
Recipe Development
Months of testing recipes using real fruits — banana, strawberry, blueberry, peanut. Partnered with food scientists to perfect the formula for taste, texture, and nutritional balance.
First Production
First batch produced. FORGE Meal Replacement Shake officially launched with 4 flavours — marking a first for Jamaica's nutrition market.
Kingston Launch
FORGE hits shelves across Kingston and St. Andrew. The response is immediate — people want real nutrition made by Jamaicans, for Jamaicans.
Growing Strong
Expanding distribution across Jamaica. Targeting 75 retail locations by end of year, bringing real-fruit nutrition to every parish.
